SNW SPRING 2011, Santa Clara, April 5, 2011 – Mezeo Software (www.mezeo.com), the leading provider of deployable cloud storage solutions, today announced that the latest release of MezeoCloud implements the SNIA (The Storage Networking Industry Association) CDMI (Cloud Data Management Interface) for data management. MezeoCloud, version 4.0 of the Mezeo Cloud Storage Platform, was announced at SNW yesterday.

The SNIA CDMI architecture standard defines the functional interface that applications will use to create, retrieve, update and delete data elements from the cloud.  Based on a REST HTTP protocol, the CDMI standard requires adopters to implement strong access controls and to provide for encryption of the data on the underlying storage media for secure multi-tenant cloud environments.
