The 201 CMR 17.00 Regulation, which goes into effect in March 2010 in Massachusetts, specifies standards for the protection of personal information of residents of the commonwealth and requires implementation of preventive data security controls including encryption.  In this presentation, Sten-Tel and Mezeo discuss Sten-Tel’s Total Compliance Solution,  an affordable, comprehensive package designed to assure confidentiality of personal information with encryption and secure online data storage.
