Mezeo

Mezeo Solutions for Telcos & Service Providers

Mezeo enables service providers and telcos to quickly enter the market with their own branded cloud storage-based services without having to “build their own.” Three key areas of revenue potential include:

  • File sync-and-share capabilities to storage clouds
  • Second site backups located on your storage cloud
  • Offer REST API storage

File sync-and-share capabilities

New cloud-based sync-and-share services are rapidly emerging. Don’t be left out.

Mezeo can help you capitalize on this new and growing market by helping you quickly stand up a storage cloud and offer sync-and-share capabilities with brandable (e.g. white label) clients. This support for mobile professionals can help you sell bandwidth, increase loyalty and improve revenue.

These capabilities are relevant for a vast audience. SMBs who don’t have the time or expertise to invest in servers and software for their storage needs are looking to the cloud. And many enterprises are looking to Mezeo to help them create a private cloud behind their firewall for their highly confidential data  – about 20% of data. That leaves 80% of the data available for storage on a public cloud. For these large enterprises, we are pointing them to our Mezeo Ready service providers to create either a dedicated cloud or a multi-tenant based Mezeo cloud – giving users the same client access they use for their confidential corporate data and giving our partners a new revenue stream.

Users get the features and functions they need, while you get increased storage revenues:

  • Anytime, anywhere access (via brandable clients)
  • Sync capabilities
  • Collaboration
  • Secure file sharing
  • Public file links
  • Supports any kind of data
  • File versioning

Second-site backups

While it doesn’t make sense to backup all data to the cloud – (i.e. data that has extremely fast restore requirements), cloud backups are increasing especially for second site backups. With Mezeo and our Mezeo Ready partners, Service Providers and Telcos can take advantage of the growing trend for replacing tape backups with backup services to the cloud.
